TheServerSide is hosting another Java Symposium this year. It will run from March 17 to March 19 in Las Vegas. Of course, you knew this already from regularly checking our calendar. (Our calendar would also show that Exadel’s Max Katz will be doing 2 sessions.)
As the TheServerSide points out, it’s during difficult turbulent times that these sorts of information-sharing events become so important for developers–at the same time resources to attend events is much tighter. We can help a little by offering our discount code. To redeem this special offer, register online with the code FRIENDOFSPKR and you’ll automatically save $200. (Yes, you can still register.)
The conference will be organized around 5 tracks:
- Architecture and SOA
- Tools & Techniques
and one extra track:
- “TheClientSide” mini-conference
TheClientSide will offer sessions that go in-depth to cover Java-related client-side development.
Our own Max Katz will be presenting two sessions as part of the special TheClientSide mini-conference:
- Rich Enterprise Applications with JavaFX (3:45pm, March 17)
- Ajax Applications with RichFaces and JSF 2.0 (4:30pm, March 18)
In these sessions, Max will be speaking, not just from his own experiences, but also from the deep accumulated store of experience Exadel has in client-side development. If you have any interest at all in current rich client-side technologies that can be scaled (relatively) easily to the enterprise level, these sessions are well worth your schedule for the show.
