It’s a few months away, but this is a good time to save the date for an interesting conference, the 9th International Cloud Expo:
Nov. 7–10, 2011
Santa Clara Convention Center
Santa Clara, CA
This conference maintains its status as the premier conference on cloud computing from its longevity and its complete comprehensiveness. It started in 2007 when cloud computing as a term was first “born.” Now, this year, just a quick glance at the program is enough to make you dizzy from the sheer diversity and breadth of topics within cloud computing that are covered. It’s amazing so much can be packed into 4 days.
And, of course, as leaders in cloud computing, Exadel will be there. Our CEO and founder, Fima Katz, will be speaking on a new all-cloud development model (for the mobile cloud): “developing in the cloud for the cloud.” He’ll be tying together a lot of trends like PaaS (Platform as a Service) and write-once-deploy-to-many-platforms all inside a business context of cost-effectiveness and time-to-market. If you attend the conference, be sure to make some time for what should be a very interesting talk.
