In the U.S., the “official” end of summer is the Labor Day Weekend, which just passed. But, for Exadel, it’s the beginning of a whirlwind of events we’re attending as we share our expertise in mobile, cloud computing, HTML5, and rich user interface technologies. Here’s a quick run-down.
- JSF and RichFaces Workshop (Vienna)
- Silicon Valley HTML5 Users Group Meetup (Mountain View, CA)
- Mobile Merger (online)
- WAC Focus Day during SDP Summit (Berlin)
- Mobilize by GigOM (San Francisco)
- Cloud Expo (Santa Clara, CA)
JSF and RichFaces Workshop
Sept. 7–9 in Vienna
Exadel has been partners with Objective Software in Germany for some time. When Objective and an Austrian company, UNIQA Versicherungen AG, decided to put on a JSF/RichFaces workshop in Vienna, they knew they had to turn to Exadel’s Max Katz. He’ll be presenting a two-day workshop on JSF and RichFaces and two sessions in the emerging technologies conference the next day. Find out more.
HTML5 Users Group Meetup
Sept. 13 in Mountain View, California
The Silicon Valley HTML5 Users Group is as excited about the promise of HTML5 and associated technologies as we are, so we were thrilled to get an invite to speak at the their next meeting. It’s a Vendor Day with the theme, “HTML5 application frameworks,” so we’ll be talking about Tigger for a session. Find out more.
Sept. 15 online
Mobile Merger is an intensive 1-day event to bring you completely up to speed on mobile and business – all online. It covers all aspects of mobile in business: marketing, advertising, design, development, and more. We’re proud to be sponsors (along with many other companies) for this event. We’ll be providing part of the large amount of online content for this event. Find out more.
WAC Focus Day
Sept. 20 in Berlin
From Sept. 20 to Sept. 22, the Service Delivery Platform (SDP) Summit will be discussing advanced issues in content and service delivery. The first day is a focus day on the efforts of WAC, the Wholesale Access Community, to standardize mobile application delivery, particularly in the submission, distribution, and settlement processes for developers. We’re a silver sponsor of this day and Exadel CEO Fima Katz will be presenting a session. Find out more.
Sept. 26–27 in San Francisco
GigaOM is a well-respected provider of information and analysis about the cutting edge where business and technology come together. As part of this, GigaOM puts on the Mobilize conference. This year the conference expands to two days of discussion about the opportunities in cloud computing and the mobile Web. We’re one of the primetime sponsors. Also, Donna Burke and Max Katz from Exadel will be presenting a workshop. Find out more.
Oct. 2–6 in San Francisco
JavaOne is the show for everything Java. It’s five days of intensive immersion in the long-standing broad Java community. Naturally, we’ll be there on the floor while Exadel’s Max Katz will be presenting in a session. Find out more.
